INSTRUCTORS
Helen Chong, CCIM
Helen Chong is the Founder and CEO of HAYLEN Group, a residential and commercial real estate firm in Silicon Valley. She earned her CCIM designation in 2017 and served as President of the Northern California CCIM Chapter in 2020-2021, becoming the first Asian female immigrant to hold this position. Helen is a published author, Forbes contributor, CCIM Institute instructor, and was recognized as a 2021 Top 100 Women of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal. She holds multiple certifications including CIPS, GRI, and ABR, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Indonesian.
Tony Rishell, CCIM, CPM, CTFA
Tony Rishell is a Private Wealth Real Estate Consultant specializing in asset management, brokerage, and consulting. He served as President of the Northern California CCIM Chapter in 2024-2025 and currently chairs the Education Committee. Tony is a CCIM Institute Ward Center instructor and has taught Introduction to Commercial Real Estate courses. He holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CPM (Certified Property Manager), and CTFA (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) designations, bringing a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment, property management, and fiduciary responsibility to his teaching.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadlines:
- Monthly Luncheons (Tuesdays): Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM on the Friday before the event
- All Other Events: Cancellations must be received 5 business days before the event date
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received before the deadline: Full refund or event credit (member's choice)
- Cancellations received after the deadline: No refund available
- No-shows: No refund available
- Double Payment: If you discover you've been charged twice for the same event, we will issue an event credit

Important Notes
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Event credits may be applied to future CCIM Northern California events within 12 months
