With 40+ years in Bay Area real estate, Ed leads TRI Commercial’s regional operations across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use. His expertise spans brokerage, development, distressed assets, and economic development consulting. Ed has leased or sold more than seven million square feet and is a frequent industry speaker.

Chris Freise – Managing Partner & Co-Founder, Redco Development (Office Operator)

Chris oversees Redco’s Bay Area portfolio, with over $800M in acquisitions across industrial, multifamily, and office. His experience spans Lift Partners, LBA Realty, and Vulcan Real Estate, where he contributed to Amazon’s headquarters development. Chris holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Stanford.

Michael Vasto – Senior Relationship Manager, Bank of America (Lender/Banker)

Michael brings 17 years of experience in commercial real estate banking, financing projects nationwide for firms such as Shorenstein, Prologis, and Essex Property Trust. He has structured hundreds of millions in loans, construction facilities, and credit lines. Michael holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA in Economics from USC.

Eric Erickson, CCIM, SIOR – Senior Vice President, Colliers (Broker)

Eric has completed over 2,000 transactions totaling 4M+ square feet and $1B in value in the East Bay office market. With more than 27 years in brokerage, he specializes in sales and leasing for owners, developers, investors, and tenants. Eric is known for his deep market knowledge and client-first approach.

  2. All Other Events: Cancellations must be received 5 business days before the event date

Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellations received before the deadline: Full refund or event credit (member's choice)
  2. Cancellations received after the deadline: No refund available
  3. No-shows: No refund available
  4. Double Payment: If you discover you've been charged twice for the same event, we will issue an event credit
