Danny Haber

Danny Haber is the Co-Founder and CEO of oWow, a company pioneering sustainable urban living through attainable luxury homes and standardized construction techniques. He went to University of Wisconsin-Madison for a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics in 2010. Under his leadership, oWOW is building the 2nd tallest wood building at 19 stories building in the United States, designing the tallest mass timber building in the US at 28 stories, and pioneering a new type of panelized approach to construction which would enable the per home door for new construction to be cut by 50% enabling substantially lower rents for tenants.

Belal Kaddoura

Belal Kaddoura, a Real Estate Developer and Project Manager with more than five years of experience, driven by an internal obligation to contribute towards the betterment of his surrounding communities. Belal joined Monarq in 2023, he takes pride in witnessing his work translate into tangible structures and environments that enhance community cohesion and support economic growth. He brings extensive expertise to further enhance the company’s portfolio and drive impactful growth. A Bay Area native, Belal has a passion for blending scientific expertise with real estate development. He has emerged as an accomplished real estate developer, spearheading numerous successful acquisitions, sales, and multifamily mixed-use development projects.

John Protopappas

John Protopappas is the President and CEO of Madison Park, a dynamic full-service real estate company founded in 1983, with expertise in investment, asset management, development and property management of commercial and residential properties. Under Protopappas’ leadership, Madison Park has earned a reputation for its conscious and creative approaches to development and established a proven track record of creating value for all stakeholders. John is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with an A.B. in Economics. He served on the Port of Oakland’s Board of Commissioners from 2000 to 2007 and as its president from 2004-2005. Mr. Protopappas currently serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Bank, The Oakland Alameda County Coliseum Foundation, and The Oakland Police Foundation.
