Last Call for Fall is our final East Bay mixer of the year! An evening of cold drinks, heavy appetizers, and the conversations that carry you into the new year. Join us at Gibson's Irish Pub in Walnut Creek as the season changes and Q4 heats up.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadlines:
- Monthly Luncheons (Tuesdays): Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM on the Friday before the event
- All Other Events: Cancellations must be received 5 business days before the event date
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received before the deadline: Full refund or event credit (member's choice)
- Cancellations received after the deadline: No refund available
- No-shows: No refund available
- Double Payment: If you discover you've been charged twice for the same event, we will issue an event credit

Important Notes
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Event credits may be applied to future CCIM Northern California events within 12 months
- Due to venue catering commitments, we cannot make exceptions to these deadlines
