Event Description

Join NorCal CCIM for our most glamorous night of the year. Set sail aboard the Pinot Noir, a private luxury yacht, for a three-hour cruise on San Francisco Bay featuring chef-catered grazing stations, a hosted full bar, dancing, and casino-style gaming all against the backdrop of the illuminated San Francisco skyline. This is our chance to celebrate a great year together, thank our members and sponsors, and ring in the holidays commercial-real-estate style.

Registration closes December 3, 2026. This date is firm — our headcount and full payment are due to the yacht company on this date, and no additions can be accepted afterward.

How Casino Night Works

New this year: a casino night with a twist: no cash wagering, no purchase required to play, and it's all in support of a good cause.

No gambling experience necessary, friendly dealers will walk you through blackjack and craps all night. Come play, come donate, come win. It's all for a great cause either way.

Title Sponsor — $2,500 (1 available)

Your firm's name headlines the entire event. This is our top visibility package: presenting-sponsor recognition across all marketing materials and event signage (including the boarding area), two minutes of welcome remarks to open the evening, logo placement on the event program, and four complimentary tickets. This is the package for a firm that wants to be remembered as the reason the party happened.

Casino Presenting Sponsor — $2,500 (1 available)

“Casino Night presented by [Your Firm]” — your name is on the marquee attraction of the evening. Includes signage at both the blackjack and craps tables, a shout-out during the prize drawing, recognition in event marketing, and two complimentary tickets. Because every guest interacts with the casino throughout the night, this package delivers sustained visibility, not just a logo on a wall.

Chip Sponsor — $1,500 (2 available)

Your brand is front and center at the Chip Station — the single most-visited spot on the yacht, since every guest passes through to grab more chips throughout the night. Includes branded signage at the donation and chip station, logo on chip trays, and two complimentary tickets. High-traffic, high-repetition visibility.

Bar Sponsor — $1,500 (1 available)

Have a signature cocktail named after your firm all night long. Includes a custom drink name/recipe at the hosted bar, branded cocktail napkins, bar-area signage, and two complimentary tickets. A memorable, talked-about way to get your name in every guest's hand.

Photo Deck Sponsor — $1,000 (1 available)

Your logo appears on the photo backdrop where guests capture the skyline views all night — and those photos get shared on social media long after the event ends. Includes two complimentary tickets.

Prize Sponsor — In-Kind (unlimited)

Donate a prize for the evening's drawing — gift cards, golf outings, wine, experiences, or anything guests would love to win. Your firm is announced and thanked by name at the drawing and listed in the event program.
