Keith Beato | Director & Senior Lead Relationship Manager — Wells Fargo Commercial Banking, East Bay
Keith brings over 25 years of commercial banking experience and a comprehensive command of credit structures, including CRE construction loans, bridge loans, term loans, and lines of credit. Based in Oakland and serving clients from $50M to $6B in revenue, Keith is a fixture in the Bay Area commercial real estate lending community.
Mitesh (Mickey) Patel | Director — Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mickey evaluates debt and equity investments across Northern California and nearby markets. With a background spanning BAML Capital Partners, Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, and academic credentials from the Wisconsin School of Business, Mickey brings an institutional lens to every deal.
Shawn Cully | Managing Director — Prime Finance, San Francisco
Shawn oversees West Coast originations within Prime Finance's Short Duration strategy. His background includes high-yield debt fund management at Fillmore Capital Partners and structured finance at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance. A Brown University graduate, Shawn brings a rigorous analytical approach to complex capital structures.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadlines:
- Monthly Luncheons (Tuesdays): Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM on the Friday before the event
- All Other Events: Cancellations must be received 5 business days before the event date
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received before the deadline: Full refund or event credit (member's choice)
- Cancellations received after the deadline: No refund available
- No-shows: No refund available
- Double Payment: If you discover you've been charged twice for the same event, we will issue an event credit
