The Northern California CCIM Chapter is heading back to the East Bay for an evening of cold drinks, heavy appetizers, and genuine connection with the commercial real estate professionals shaping deals across the Bay Area.
Join us in the private Piano Room at Gibson's Irish Pub in downtown Walnut Creek as the summer sun sets — whether you're a longtime chapter member or just looking to grow your network, there's a seat at the bar with your name on it.

⚠️ Registration closes at 10:00 AM on July 23rd. No walk-ins or on-site registration will be accepted — no exceptions. Please register in advance to secure your spot.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadlines:
- Monthly Luncheons (Tuesdays): Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM on the Friday before the event
- All Other Events: Cancellations must be received 5 business days before the event date
Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received before the deadline: Full refund or event credit (member's choice)
- Cancellations received after the deadline: No refund available
- No-shows: No refund available
- Double Payment: If you discover you've been charged twice for the same event, we will issue an event credit

Important Notes:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Event credits may be applied to future CCIM Northern California events within 12 months
- Due to venue catering commitments, we cannot make exceptions to these deadlines
